How to Contract with Us, Terms, and Costs
Direct agreement without any intermediaries.
Payment for purchases is made by depositing the total purchase amount into our company's bank account.
For our clients in Syria, payments can be made at our branches in Syria.
The company makes an initial advance payment when orders are confirmed in the accounts of the companies from which items are purchased.
The full purchase amount is settled upon receipt at our warehouses.
Final agreement with factories and setting final delivery dates for orders.
Receiving invoices in our company's name from the supplier companies.
We consolidate all invoices into a single invoice for the client from us as the exporter.
Preparing customs documents and setting the shipping date.
The process of preparing documents begins after the shipment's receipt and inspection is complete.
After inspection by customs, the customs declaration is obtained.
In the case of air or sea shipping, a certificate of origin for the shipped goods is prepared, and an international shipping bill is issued by the shipping company.
Documents Sent to the Client for Customs Clearance in the Destination Country
- Certificate of origin for the shipped goods.
- Main goods invoice certified with the exporting company's stamp.
- Shipping bill.
Note: A specification certificate may sometimes be required by the customs of the destination country. It is not essential and incurs additional costs ranging from $150 to $250.
Copies of the documents are sent via email, and the original is sent via express mail to the client.
