Where you prefer to arrange customs clearance in your country, the original documents will be sent with the shipment, and a copy will be sent to you by email so that you can prepare clearance before the shipment arrives.
Where you prefer a complete delivery service with customs clearance, we send the documentation of the shipment to our partners who then carry out the customs clearance and deliver your shipment to you either at our warehouses or at your location, as agreed in advance.
The shipment will be sent from our warehouses to the final destination using the scheduled carriers we deal with.
