Terms of Buy For Me

  • In the case of a refund from the supplier, we arrange the refund and repay the amount to you as balance in your account within 24 hours starting from when we receive it.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for any delay occurring in domestic shipping between the supplier and our warehouses. In the case that the delay extends for more than 15 days, you may contact us and give us your consent to follow up on your behalf.
  • Refunds or exchanges for a purchased product will not be requested where it has neither damage nor defect.
  • Your order determines what we shop for on your behalf, and we cannot be held responsible for any error in that order.
  • We are not responsible for damage to food products and sweets resulting from international shipping.
  • In the case that the seller refuses either to exchange or refund a product, we will notify you.
  • The refund is credited to you only when it has been received from the seller.
  • In the case that you do not order quality control checking, we cannot be held responsible for checking the compliance of products we have received with your order specifications.

  • Liquids such as perfumes or oils
  • Tools and items with batteries
  • Counterfeit international brands
