Shipping Insurance Terms

By paying only 10% of the shipment value, you will receive compensation for both the purchase and shipping costs in the event your shipment is lost or damaged.

Shipping Insurance Conditions:

  • Shipment contents must be legal and permissible for international shipping.
  • All invoices reflecting the true value of the shipment contents must be provided.
  • In case of shipment loss, compensation is initiated immediately upon proof of loss from the carrier.
  • For damaged contents, photos must be sent as proof of damage.

Exclusions from Insurance:

  • Valuable items such as jewelry or electronic devices.
  • Damage or confiscation of the shipment by customs in the recipient's country for any reason.
  • Loss or damage during internal shipping within Turkey (from the seller to Aduit Logistics warehouses).
  • Purchases exceeding the value of 2,000 USD (or equivalent in foreign currencies).
  • Insurance for permitted food items includes only loss, not damage.

Compensation Process in Case of Damage or Loss:

If a shipment is lost, or any part or the entire shipment is damaged, the Aduit Logistics team will contact you to inquire about the value of the items, request invoices for the damaged products, and determine the compensation amount.

Compensation Delivery Methods:

  • Cash payment in hand.
  • Adding the compensation value to your Aduit Logistics account balance, which can be used for shopping or to pay for future shipping costs.
