Terms of Repackaging

When you instruct us to repackage your items​, our professionals will unpack and repack them tightly and securely for you as a new parcel to minimise the weight due to any excess packaging materials.

To continue please read and agree to the terms of service for repackaging:

• The service includes tight and secure repackaging.
• After repackaging is complete, your items will be repackaged as a single parcel containing all your items.
• You will only initially pay any repackaging fee. You will pay shipping costs depending on the new weight after the repackaging process is complete.
• You can take advantage of the repackaging service if all items will be shipped to a single address in a single shipment.
• This process normally takes 1 to 3 business days, but this period may vary according to demand.
• Repackaging minimises the overall weight of your shipment in most cases. However, we do not always guarantee this, while we do guarantee that there will not be an increase in the overall weight of your individual items.
• After the repackaging service has been ordered and any fees paid, it is not possible for you to cancel the process or to ask for a refund under any circumstances.
• On completion of the repackaging process, you will receive a notification to enable you to order shipping.
